Pulse-density-modulated microwave generator using single-flux-quantum circuits for controlling qubits

(in English) Generally, superconducting qubits are controlled by an irradiation of a microwave pulse. We proposed a microwave pulse generator based on pulse density modulation for controlling qubits using single flux quantum (SFQ) circuits. The proposed microwave pulse generator is composed of a circular shift register (CSR) and a band-pass filter (BPF). In this study, we investigated a relationship between the target envelope of the microwave amplitude and the SFQ pulse density based on the transfer function of the BPF.
