(in English) The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between emotion measurement based on subjective evaluation and biological signals based on objective evaluation when people's emotions change due to external stimuli. We investigated the mechanism to more accurately understand the emotions of the target audience, and in the future, we aimed to contribute to the devising of more accurate marketing and research methods than before. This time, focusing on the emotion of "favorite", we conducted an experiment in which emotions changed by thinking about "favorite" and "like" objects by psychological evaluation, and biological signals while watching videos. Analysis and discussion were conducted based on the measured experiments. In the psychological evaluation, we were able to see what kind of characteristics and tendencies the emotion of "favorite" had compared to other emotions. In terms of BioSignal, we were able to confirm that there is a high possibility that we can measure favorable emotions such as "favorite" from pNN50 and rMSSD, which are indicators of heart rate.
