(in English) With the proliferation of co-creation design processes, opportunities for citizens to be involved in the design process are increasing. In participatory design process, citizens are required to conduct ethnographic surveys to discover issues in their living environment. This paper reports the results of a case study of team ethnography with a video calling system for sharing interests in real time, and examines the characteristics of group ethnography with the goal of realizing democratic ethnographic research that maintains equal relationships among the participants.
