We constructed an optical frequency domain reflectometry using a broadband, high-speed wavelength swept laser with a MEMS mechanism to measure the dynamic strain applied to an optical fiber. The constructed system is capable of measuring optical fiber strain at 150 Hz. The constructed system is capable of measuring optical fiber strain at 150 Hz. The operation verified in this study was limited by the characteristics of the piezoelectric element used. which allowed the measurement of dynamic strain with an amplitude of 1200 με and a frequency of 5 Hz. and with an amplitude of 160 με and a frequency of 40 Hz. |
