Optical Camera Communication (OCC) can be realized using general-purpose devices such as LEDs or displays as the transmitter and a camera as the receiver.
Since crosstalk occurs when red (R), green (G), and blue (B) components leak into each other in the receiver's image sensor, it is necessary to estimate the crosstalk channels by using pilot symbols and cancel it by matrix inversion operation.
However, when multiple colors are mixed, the receiver sensitivity reaches the saturation region and the crosstalk components can not be canceled accurately.
This paper proposes adaptive exposure parameter optimization to prevent non-linear crosstalk using an adaptive equalization algorithm. |
