On Poynting Vector in Statistic Electromagnetic Field -- An image of energy flow mechanism --

(in English) The Poynting vector represented by E×H has an important function in the radiation analysis of antennas or so. In the energy conservation law (i.e. Poynting equation) derived from Maxwell's equations, it appears as a quantity of energy per second (i.e., electric power) flowing out from the unit surface of a closed region. In the previous report, we stated that there is energy flow following the Poynting vector even in a static electromagnetic field. And the formula for energy flow speed derived there has a strange shape. In this report, we show that the static electromagnetic field can be explained in a consistent way by considering it as a sum of two fundamental electromagnetic fields whose energies are moving at the speed of light in the opposite directions.
