In Japan, a medicine notebook is used to keep a record of medication history as part of the personal health information management. This medicine notebook was made from paper in the past, but in recent years, electronic medicine notebook system which stores the data of the patient's medication history on a server is introduced. An electronic medicine notebook system has many benefits, but this system requires a high security to use safety and security. In this paper, we propose a new electronic medicine notebook system with blockchain technology, which is tamper-resistant and is recently gathering attention. This system uses blockchain technology to store records of users' access to patients' personal information and medicine history information stored on the server. |
