We are researching a smart mixer, a device that performs better sound mixing than conventional sound mixers.
The smart mixer has high and low-priority input, and only emphasizes or suppresses the necessary frequencies when necessary so that the high-priority sound is not disturbed.
While this method works well for multi-track sound sources that are recorded separately for each sound source, it does not work well for real-time use for live performances.
because, when using a smart mixer in real-time at a live venue, sound mixing occurs in real space before entering the microphone, which can cause the emphasis of low-priority sound signals.
This research aims to solve this problem by using
both sound source separation signals and non-separation signals together. |
