CT images can detect the extent of viral infection in the lung field area in COVID-19, which is important for physicians to determine the severity of a patient's disease. Therefore, it is of new significance to establish a high-precision method for the extraction of inflammatory regions and to grasp the 3D data of COVID-19 infected regions from the obtained information for visualization using virtual reality technology. In this study, the Computer-aided Diagnosis System of COVID-19 was developed using Microsoft's mixed reality device (HoloLens) to help physicians visualize the inflammatory areas of COVID-19 in the lung more accurately. The proposed system can be operated interactively using simple gestures, and diagnostic support is provided through the computer to help doctors work efficiently. |
