The results of electromagnetic field measurements in the vicinity of an engine brushcutter were pre- sented in a previous report. In that report, a phenomenon was observed in which a step difference occurred before and after the pulse when measuring the electric field using a digital oscilloscope. The cause of this phenomenon was considered to be the overvoltage of the input pulse, and in this report, (1) when a high-impedance attenuator was applied and (2) when the sensitivity was reduced by reducing the size of the electrodes of the field probe were experimentally investigated. It was also suggested in the previous report that current flows in the shaft of the engine brushcutter. Therefore, measurements were carried out using Rogowski coils. |
