This paper studies an appropriate combination of congestion control and scheduler to suppress QoS fluctuations in MPTCP to improve the user's quality of experience (WebQoE) for Web services by experiment. This experiment considers the throughput of MPTCP as a QoS parameter; it evaluates Web services' QoS and QoS fluctuations under actual environments that combine congestion control that suppresses QoS fluctuation and four existing schedulers and compares the results. Experimental results show that QoS fluctuations can be suppressed by combining a scheduler that suppresses RTT fluctuations and congestion control under an environment with low line quality and congestion. |
