With the spread of Covid-19 and the declaration of a state of emergency, teleworking has expanded rapidly. In particular, we focused on communication during teleworking, and conducted the group interviews with members of multiple departments of a single company for the purpose of clarifying the current situation and the issues of teleworking. This report presents the results of quantitative analysis by text mining. Even within the same organization, there are differences in characteristic words for each department, and it was found that the awareness of issues and the degree of acceptance differ.
