In clinical psychology, for problem-solving care, specialists formally and implicitly use their knowledge, including their own empirical knowledge, as actions. uses a wide variety of knowledge. Some of these knowledge are formal, while others are implicit and not verbalized. Among psychological therapies, cognitive-behavioral therapy has its underlying protocols. In the protocol, the procedure for care and the points of care are described in sentences. However, there are cases where the care procedure changes according to the change of the care recipient that occurs in front of the eyes. Therefore, it is difficult to provide care corresponding to various contexts only by referring to the protocol. In addition, some of the knowledge and know-how used in actual care situations are peculiar to individual experts. If such knowledge of clinicians is shared in an easy-to-understand and reusable form, it is thought that the accuracy and speed of newcomer training and care will improve. We focused on the method of connecting knowledge bases. To express the intervention procedure expressed in the protocol and the problem-solving behavior of the clinician in a certain way using the ``goal-oriented knowledge structuring incorporating the procedure'' proposed by Ijuin et al. (2021). I have been trying to visualize its structure. By describing and providing knowledge about common actions based on a protocol for care by "knowledge structuring" and conducting workshops with clinicians, it is possible for clinicians to take the initiative in acquiring unique knowledge. It is a technique called “knowledge expression” that In addition, by extracting the tacit knowledge possessed by veteran psychologists from supervision and placing it in an appropriate position, we aim to describe actions that include tacit knowledge for care. There is. We aim to improve understanding, reasoning, and interpretation of knowledge for both humans and machines by adapting clinical explicit and tacit knowledge to various contexts. |
