| 抄録 | （和） | 裂紋舌は舌質 (舌の肉部分) の表面が割れている状態にある舌である．本研究は，東洋医学に基づき，人工知能技術を用いた舌表面状態の識別による裂紋舌の自動診断を目指す．本論文では，LeNet, ResNet50, ResNet101，DenseNet169 という 4 つの画像認識ネットワークおよびこれらのアンサンブルを活用した裂紋舌の自動診断法を提案する．まずは，裂紋と非裂紋の舌画像に対し，4 つのネットワークとアンサンブルの学習を行い，裂紋舌の画像を自動抽出する．次に，抽出された画像に対し，さらに裂紋の状態が軽いと酷いものに分けるように，これらのネットワークとアンサンブルで裂紋舌の症状の度合いを自動診断する．実験結果より，4 つのネットワークによるアンサンブル学習が最も効果的である． |
| （英） | A fissured tongue is a tongue in which the surface of the tongue (meaty part of the tongue) is split. This study aims to automatically diagnose fissured tongue by discriminating the tongue surface state using artificial intelligence technology based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. This paper proposes four image recognition networks, LeNet, ResNet50, ResNet101, and DenseNet169, and an automatic diagnostic method for fissured tongues using these ensembles. First, four networks and an ensemble are trained for fissured and non-fissured tongue images, and the fissured tongue image is automatically extracted. Next, for the extracted images, the degree of tongue fissured symptoms is automatically diagnosed using these networks and ensembles so that the condition of the fissured tongue is classified into mild and severe. From the experimental results, ensemble learning with the four networks is the most effective. | |
