In recent years, microwave wireless power transmission technology has attracted attention as a means of supplying power to IoT devices. Latch-type (CMOS cross-coupled) RF-DC charge pumps (CPs) are used to generate high DC voltage even at low input power. Because the circuit parameters of CP vary depending on the frequency and input power in operation, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the design. In order to improve the efficiency of the overall rectenna (Rectifier+Antenna) design, an output impedance circuit model of the latch-type CPs has been studied. |
