Our laboratory is conducting research and development on a RESTful water level maeasurment system using an ultrasonic sensor. We have improved existing systems that were built on the commercial power supply to long time operation on the battery power and solar cells supply. In this article, we built an improved water level measurement system that adds a function to monitor the remaining amount of the lead-acid battery and establish communication. We report the results of a demonstration experiment conducted in the outdoor environment. |
