| (in English) | There are an increasing number of new cases’ prostate cancer in Thailand, and highly mortality rates every year. The purpose of this research is to implement a platform for statisticians' decision-making systems in prostate cancer patients with survival models and to present the results of data analysis to support the decision of statisticians. Web application on http://iniac.ict.sci.psu.ac.th:8080/ locating the services of decision support system and presenting information: 1.) the system was developed using a COX regression model and a parametric model. 2.) determining platform requirements from statisticians: 2.1) input specification consists of the user details; age, PSA, Gleason group, Metastasis and model from statisticians. Output specification is the graph, map, rating of data. 2.2) functional specification is applying for membership to access the system, retrieving data from users, processing data from users with model, displaying data, retrieving user data for analysis. 3.) technician usage includes 3.1) computer technology contains algorithms to the analysis and model made from data to be analyzed and forecast using R script. The system runs in a web application developed in a computer language and runs through a server. 3.2) integrating open data from Data.go.th which brings API to retrieve spatial data embedded to map browsing a group of data that shown the patient population density. The results of program's performance test 6 types of data upload and user satisfaction of excellent assessments by statisticians. | |
