We aim to develop a superior biological imaging method using optical pulses and study time-resolved measurements of mouse brains as biological samples. The reflected signal from a biological sample contains multiple scattered light that degrades the system resolution; therefore, it is important to evaluate the performance numerically.
In this report, a simplified model was created from 3D positional information of neuronal cells in the mouse brain and the multiple scattered light is investigated by electromagnetic field analysis using the FDTD (Finite-Difference Time-Domain) method. |
