Development of Stacked Metasurface Absorber for Electromagnetic Noise Visualization

(in English) In this paper, we developed a stacked metasurface absorber that absorbs EM waves from the MHz-band to the GHz-band, and a compact visualization system that can intuitively sense EM waves in a two-dimensional plane in real time using the metasurface absorber. We have visualized the EM noise radiated from commercial products and identified the noise sources with the developed system.
