LC matching circuits are widely applied element circuits. As the data rate of wireless communication increases, widening the bandwidth has become a major issue for LC matching circuits. Multi-stage LC matching circuits are a representative technique for realizing broadband. In many cases, many elements are required for multi-stage, and miniaturization is an issue. There is a method of adding resistance as a method of expanding the band with a small number of elements, and this method is also widely applied. In this paper, we investigate the characteristics of the LC matching circuit with a resistor added, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages due to the difference in the connection method of the resistor. |
