A Study of Switching Methods Using Chaotic Neurodynamics for Solving Multi-Objective Optimization Problem

(in English) We have proposed several methods for solving asymmetric traveling salesman problems and multi-objective optimization problems using chaotic neural networks. From previous researches and experiments, it is clear that the switching of the exchange method by using the chaotic neural network is statistically significantly different from the decision method by random numbers, the method to reproduce the same switching by obtaining the usage history of switching by the chaotic neural network, and the decision method by the Sato-Nagumo model in comparison with gap and GD. In the asymmetric traveling salesman problem, a hidden Markov model created based on the switching history of the exchange method using chaotic neural networks has been shown to perform as well as chaotic neural networks in certain problems. In this paper, we test whether it is possible to reproduce the asymmetric traveling salesman problem by obtaining the switching history of chaotic neural network methods for multi-objective optimization problems and constructing a hidden Markov model from it, as in the case of the asymmetric traveling salesman problem. As a result, we found that there were parts where the same tendency as in the asymmetric traveling salesman problem appeared, and parts where a different tendency appeared.
