(in English) Demodulation from meta-learning with few pilot symbols in massive sensor networks is proposed. In the massive sensor networks, a very large number of IoT devices want to transmit messages to an access point (AP) in an uncoordinated fashion such as a slotted ALOHA scheme. The modulators of these devices suffer from I/Q imbalance and time-varying channel fading attenuates their modulated signals. A demodulator at AP, implemented with a neural network, recovers these messages after an adaptive learning with few pilots, thanks to the fast Context Adaptation VIA meta-learning (CAVIA) algorithm for pre-training. Simulations show that the proposed demodulation is effective, compared with conventional trained neural network.
