Ocean radar is an important instrument for understanding the flow environment of the ocean because it can measure the ocean surface current velocity distribution in a two-dimensional area in a short time.
On the other hand, the deployment of a large number of ocean radars increases the likelihood of interference, so effective use of frequency resources is necessary.
We have studied the applicability of passive radar technology to ocean surface current velocity measurements.
In this paper, we discuss the application of passive radar technology to ocean surface current velocity measurements, and the test method for demonstrating the application of passive radar technology. |
