Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In order to avoid interference with the spread of LiDAR, a simple mitigation method that changes the irradiation interval pattern of the measurement light by software update has been introduced. However, since the measurement performance is not lowered, there is little change in the pattern, and if the attacker knows the pattern, there is a possibility that a distance spoofing attack will be established. In this paper, we propose a distance spoofing attack against the interference mitigation method with only several patterns of irradiation interval changes, and show that the distance spoofing attack is possible by experiments using actual devices.
