(in English) Immunohistochemistry is a staining technique for visualizing the expression of specific proteins and identifying cell proliferation that cannot be observed on conventional pathological images. We aimed to clarify the expression mechanism of DNA replication-related proteins in endometrial carcinoma in the uterine corpus by analyzing the expression characteristics of multiple DNA replication-related proteins at different grades. In this paper, we obtained immunohistochemical images that visualized the expression of multiple proteins in serial sections and analyzed the characteristics at different differentiation by comparing the same region of the tissue sections. The experimental results showed that the expression distribution of each protein differed depending on the differentiation, suggesting that the distribution is related to the process of DNA replication.
