(in English) We aimed at realizing a concept for the intraoperative PET imaging by scanning the surgical field with a hand-held detector. We named this concept “Scratch-PET”. As a method to reconstruct images from newly measured data rapidly, which is required for intraoperative imaging, we developed an imaging system which can run a reconstruction process every 10s. Specifically, the proposed method reconstruct an image only from newly measured data and output a summation of the reconstructed images at each time. Moreover, a fast sensitivity image calculation method is included in the reconstruction process. Finally, we succeeded in imaging repeatedly without delay under the condition where the detector moves.
