Fast 3D Multi-parameter Mapping using Dictionary Matching

(in English) Multi-parameter Mapping (MPM) is a technique that enables quantitative diagnosis by obtaining quantitative values such as T1 and T2 from multiple images. Furthermore, after obtaining these quantitative values, MPM facilitates the acquisition of various contrast images via calculation.However, obtaining the accurate intensity function necessary for analysis is difficult when imperfections such as static magnetic field inhomogeneities are present. In addition, further imaging is required to obtain T1-weighted images that can be used for diagnosis in clinical practice and T2 maps. Therefore, we proposed a method to obtain diagnostic T1-weighted images and T2 maps without additional imaging by using a method based on the Magnetization-prepared Rapid Gradient Echo (MPRAGE), a 3D high-speed imaging method. As regards the analysis, we devised and evaluated an MPM method based on the Dictionary Matching method by using BlochSolver.
