This paper uses the warehouse work probe system and examines packing workers. First, the autohrs analyse when to cut cardboard boxes. It was found that operators who cut a cardboard box before putting goods in the box were more productive. The correlation coefficient is about 0.6. Next, the relationship between productivity and movements is analysed. The faster the operator turned, the higher the productivity tended to be. Differences due to the timing of cardboard boxes cutting were small. On the other hand, operators who were quicker to move their upper body back and forth tended to be more productive. But it was found to be significantly influenced by the timing of cardboard boxes cutting. |
