(in English) We conduct an experimental study on intermittent combustion instability in a cylindrical combustor with an off-center installed coaxial injector. The phase lag between the pressure fluctuations and the heat release rate fluctuations increases during the transition process from combustion instability to stable combustion. The collapse of the phase-synchronized state is associated with the attenuation of combustion instability. Symbolic dynamics-based synchronization index is useful for detecting the driving region of intermittent combustion instability.
