In recent years, as information equipment has become faster and more densely packed, radiation noise due to highspeed switching of the mounted LSI has become a problem. [1] By adding a resistor to the edge of the substrate, the resistor
absorbs power supply noise, which is the cause of radiation noise, and suppresses the generation of radiation noise. In this study,
in order to confirm the influence of the resistor structure, resistors were added by three methods on both square and circular
substrates, and the impedance evaluation and radiation noise reduction effect for each structure were examined. |
