Handmade 2.4GHz band impedance matching circuit using double-sided board. Akihiro Kawata (Fukuda Denshi Co., Ltd) WPT2022-55 |

An impedance matching circuit was designed for the target circuit (Zknown) of the 20th WPT contest "Matching Circuit Contest (2.4GHz Category)". The matching circuit was designed using QucsStudio, and some matching circuits using LC circuits and transmission lines were studied in advance. A matching circuit with transmission line delay and short stubs that can achieve an insertion loss of 2.0dB or less was designed and fabricated. The simulation results of the combined Touchstone files of the matching circuit (Zdut) and Zknown respectively show that an insertion loss of 2.6dB was achieved at 2.45GHz. |
