(in English) Many methods have been proposed for presenting digital information on mirrored surfaces or in mirrors, but most of these methods are limited to the mirror space. We propose the concept of Mirror-Transcending Aerial Imaging (MiTAi), which can continuously move digital information into real space as well as mirror space, aiming to create a new viewing experience of digital information in the real world. Since the super-mirrored aerial image can display digital information as an aerial image in both real and mirrored space, a method that allows intuitive interaction between the user and the aerial image is required, regardless of which space the aerial image is displayed in. In this paper, we propose a pointing method for hyper-mirrored aerial images that allows the user to directly touch the aerial image when it is displayed in real space, and to touch it with an imaginary image when it is displayed in mirror space.
