(in English) We have developed a broadband surface optical coupler based on a three-dimensionally curved silicon waveguide. This device has great potential for combining wavelength and spatial division multiplexing technologies. In this presentation, we introduce our recent works of development of optical coupling devices with various optical fibers and optical beam steering devices for free-space optical signal transmission.
