An evaluation of social presence resulting from viewing content

(in English) Many remote services are proposed to be used simultaneously by users located in different areas at the same time. To improve the experience of the remote services, many evaluation methods that evaluate sensations and impressions of users in terms of presence. In this paper, we focused on the following points among the evaluations of services and the evaluation method was examined: "Do users feel that they are 'together' with each other and 'using' the service together, even though they are in remote areas. This paper discusses the pros and cons of the evaluation method as the first step of our objective by evaluating the "sense of social presence" such as the sense of "being together" and "using services together" with reference to behavioral psychology.
