| 抄録 | （和） | 我が国では東日本大震災以降，個別避難計画やマイタイムラインの重要性が指摘され，各地で策定が進められている．しかしながらガイドラインはありながらも，具体的な手順に至っては，それぞれに委ねられている．そこで本研究では，マイタイムラインに焦点をあて，個別避難計画の要素も含めた計画策定支援ツールを設計・開発した．とくに，マイタイムライン策定だけを目的としたデータ管理ではなく，災害後に被災者生活再建を進める上で利用できうるよう，必要なデータ項目を指定し，その把握フローも組み入れた． |
| （英） | In Japan, since the Great East Japan Earthquake, it has been pointed out that my-timeline and individual evacuation plans for persons in need of special assistance during a disaster are essential for resilient society, and those are being formulated in various regions. However, while guidelines exist, the specific procedures are left up to each individual. In this study, focusing on the my-timeline (individual preparation plan for evacuation), we designed and developed a planning support tool that includes elements of individual evacuation plans. In particular, the tool is not intended to manage data only for the purpose of developing my-timeline, but also specifies necessary data items and incorporates a flow for identifying them so that the tool can be used to promote the reconstruction of the lives of disaster survivors after the disaster occurrence. | |
