(in English) Research and development project “Ecosystem to foster the digital twin supporting City as a Service in a sustainable
manner for continuous self-growth” assumes decentralized data sharing mechanism where ordinary citizens collect and hold
sensor data by themselves, and they themselves provide the data every time the data is used. In this paper, we discuss how we
can exploit Information Centric Networking to support decentralized data sharing.
