[Invited Lecture] Blockchain based Wireless Access Sharing

(in English) In this paper, by combining the blockchain used in Web3 with wireless access, we present wireless access sharing using blockchain that allows anyone to contract and use private wireless access owned by various individuals and companies as needed. By utilizing blockchain, it is possible to solve issues such as incentives, security, and cost for wireless access sharing. In addition, we show experimental evaluation results of a method to improve the wireless resource utilization efficiency of the entire wireless access during shared use by using the information of the communication contract history of the blockchain ledger. The blockchain based wireless access sharing can be expected to realize an efficient radio access network throughout society.
