Extraction of growing conditions in Hydroponics

(in English) Hydroponics is a new form of agriculture, and an increasing number of companies are starting up plant factories. One of the problems of hydroponic cultivation is that it is difficult to make a profit due to the lack of established know-how, and it is also difficult to adjust the timing and quantity of shipments. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the correlation between the environment and growth rate to clarify effective parameters. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between the environment and growth rate, and to verify whether hydroponics can control the growth conditions. In the previous
study, it was found that the growth rate was affected by illumination, and that the growth rate of purple light source was faster than that of other colors. Therefore, in this study, we focus on the purple light source and irradiance to verify whether it is possible to control the growth conditions. In this study, we conducted experiments with red-purple and blue-purple light sources, but were unable to grow the plants to the point where they could be harvested. We will discuss the reasons for the failure and review the growing apparatus to ensure stable growth.
