Construction Support System of Behavioral Model of Opponent in Strategy Board Game

(in English) In a strategy board game such as Othello, it is important to determine one’s own actions by estimating the actions of the opposing player. Since each player’s behavior is determined according to his or her own behavioral model, it is possible to estimate actions to be taken if the player knows the opposing player’s behavioral model. In this study, we define a behavioral model as a set of actions according to situations with the priority order, and propose a method for deriving a behavioral model from the game records. In addition, we construct a system to support players in learning how to derive behavioral models by allowing them to experience the proposed method.
