| (in English) | To improve RF performance of microwave amplifiers, systematic circuit design techniques are required to maximize performance of transistor as active components. This paper describes a large-signal model of transistors that is used for microwave amplifier circuit design. Specific phenomena of GaN HEMTs used in high-power amplifiers that should be considered in the design of such amplifiers are also discussed. | |
