| (in English) | Carbon electrodes show excellent stability and can be introduced various atoms and their functional groups onto the surface by various treatments. By such treatments, surface properties such as surface hydrophilicity (or hydrophobicity) and electrochemical performances can be widely controlled. Here, we introduce improved electron transfer, electrocatalytic activity of modified metal nanoparticles and biocompatibility of carbon electrodes after heat and plasma treatments. | |
