This study examines 120-GHz-band ultrahigh-speed sheet LAN communications that enable stable network connections simply by bringing a receiver into contact with a dielectric sheet in which radio waves are propagating. By forming a metasurface on the surface of the glass substrate, the terahertz signal is confined within the hollow waveguide by the glass substrate in case no dielectric sheet is contacted with the glass substrate, and when another dielectric sheet contacts the glass substrate, the terahertz signal is guided into the dielectric sheet. communication.
