(in English) This paper proposes an electric circuit model to analyze the physical phenomena at the electric contact during the breaking electric current. It is hypothesized that when partial melting occurs due to current concentration at the metal contact, a solid/liquid interface occurs on the electrode surface and an electric double layer is formed there. The plausibility of the hypothesis was confirmed by our experiments.
