A symptom observation of dementia with features of PLR response to chromatic stimuli on either eye

(in English) The procedure for detecting symptoms of dementia is discussed with features of responded waveforms in pupil light reflex (PLR). PLR features were compared between reactions on both eyes when blue or red light pulse was given into either eye. Additionally, PLR responses were compared between irradiated and non-irradiated pupil reactions, and three levels of cognitive ability. Two regression estimation performances were improved when two combined metrics were introduced. The performances were examined on another measured data set. These results confirmed a possibility of predictions with a set of data of either pupil irradiation.
