Estimation of subjective fatigue level using heart rate variability and physical acceleration during indoor movement

(in English) Well-being is attracting increasing attention both in Japan and overseas as a term that expresses a state of mental, physical, and social satisfaction. Fatigue is considered to have a negative impact on well-being, so if we can estimate the quantified subjective degree of fatigue, it will lead to the development of technology to improve well-being. In this study, heart rate variability and physical acceleration during walking are acquired by a wearable device, and a subjective fatigue level estimation model is constructed using biological and exercise information. Furthermore, we verify the estimation accuracy of the estimation model and investigate significant feature quantities.
