Null Spatial Expansion for Low-Complexity Block Diagonalization-based Multiuser Massive MIMO

(in English) This paper proposes a new block diagonalization (BD)-based null-space expansion for multiuser Massive MIMO which offers less computation.
Conventional block diagonalization uses singular value decomposition (SVD) to separate the inter-user interference (IUI), but it has the problem of large amount of computations.
As a solution to this problem, various methods have been proposed to achieve BD without SVD.
The null-space expansion can improve the interference immunity in time-varying environments by leveraging large spatial degrees of freedom (DoF) of antenna array.
Authors have proposed adaptation method of the null-space expansion to the conventional SVD-based BD.
In this paper, we propose a new precoding scheme that applies the null-space extension to the aforementioned low-computational BDs.
Through computer simulations, its performance and computational complexity are compared and its effectiveness is demonstrated.
