Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page) 
(in English) The authors participated in the international conference IEEE AP-S/URSI 2023 and organized a special session. Since the number of attendees was not large and 15 or 16 sessions were held simultaneously, the audience at each session was small. However, its situation allows us discussing casually, thus, active discussions took place. Totally 19 special sessions were planned, and many interesting research achievements in the attracting fields were presented. We appreciate if the following information will be useful for future research topics.
