| 抄録 | （和） | 2011年3月の東日本大震災では，被災地において携帯電話をはじめとする地上系の通信インフラが使えなくなったことで，救援活動や情報発信などに大きな支障が出た．その後も，大規模災害時には情報通信ネットワークの脆弱性がたびたび問題になっている．本発表では，まず初めに東日本大震災をはじめとする大規模災害に関する情報通信ネットワークの歴史について振り返る．そして，情報通信研究機構（NICT）Beyond 5G 研究開発促進事業「Beyond 5G のレジリエンスを実現するネットワーク制御技術の研究開発」など，これまで行われてきた災害時にも有効な情報通信ネットワークに関する研究開発を紹介し，Beyond 5G 時代における災害時にも強靭な情報通信技術がどうあるべきか，被災地の福島で開催されるこの研究会に参加している皆さんとともに考えたい． |
| （英） | The Great East Japan Earthquake of March 2011 caused significant disruptions to relief efforts and information dissemination due to the interruption of terrestrial communications infrastructure in the disaster areas. Since then, the vulnerability of information and communication networks has frequently become one of the major issues during large-scale disasters. In this presentation, the author first reviews the history of information and communication networks in relation to large-scale disasters such as the Great East Japan Earthquake. Next, the author will introduce the previous research and development projects on effective information and communication networks even in a situation of disaster. Finally, the author would like to think together with the participants of this workshop, which will be held in the disaster area of Fukushima in the Great East Japan Earthquake, about what resilient information and communication technologies should be in the Beyond 5G era, even in the event of a disaster. | |
