(in English) The "Health Management Theory" course offered at the faculty to which the authors belong aims to develop human resources who will be responsible for the promotion and dissemination of health management, and to educate health literacy in order to foster health awareness among young people and those who are not aware of health issues.
As part of this, we aim to promote health behavior by having students grasp information on their own activities. in the 2023 class, each student was lent a smartwatch, and in addition, we implemented an initiative to form groups with multiple students in anticipation of the effect of encourangement from others.
This time, however, only grouping was conducted, and communication within the group was left to the students. As a result, the mere grouping of students did not have an effect of mutual encouragement.
Therefore, as a future strategy, we began to consider the development of an easy-to-use group application.
