| 抄録 | （和） | 通販サイトの普及に伴い商品の口コミサイトは広く利用されるようになった．これらの多くのサイトで確認できる商品の情報は，企業が提示した商品の構成物質や大きさなどの情報と，実際に利用した人の感想が自由に記述されているレビュー文だけであり，利用した際に感じる商品の特徴を把握するのは容易ではない．また，これらのレビューサイトでは「あなたへのおすすめ」など，商品推薦が行われていることが多いが，商品だけが提示されていることが多く，その商品が何に優れていておすすめされているのかを知れることは少ない． 本研究では，手軽に商品の実際の感想の内容と推薦理由を提示する手法の提案を行う．ここで，実際の使用感などが重宝されている化粧品を題材とし，ユーザが実際に投稿したレビュー文を用いて，商品の特徴項目に対し5段階評価でスコアリングを行った．その結果をもとに協調フィルタリングで商品推薦の決定，及び「利用者がこの商品を使ったとしたら書くだろうと予測されるレビュー文」を作成した．提案手法によって，商品推薦におけるユーザの満足度の向上を図る． |
| （英） | With the spread of e-commerce websites, product review sites have become widely used. The product information available on many of these sites is limited to information such as the composition substance and size of the product presented by the company and the review text freely describing the impressions of those who have actually used the product, making it difficult to grasp the characteristics of the product as felt when using it. In addition, these review sites often include product recommendations, such as "Recommendation for you," but in many cases, only the product is presented, and it is rare to know what the product is good at and why it is recommended for. In this study, we propose a method to easily present the contents of actual impressions of a product and the reasons for recommendation. Here, we took cosmetics as the subject, and scored the product features on a 5-point scale using reviews actually posted by the users. Based on the results, we used collaborative filtering to determine product recommendations and to create "review sentences that users are expected to write if they used the product. The proposed method aims to improve user satisfaction with product recommendations. |
